I have a lot more to say and post about today but the internet at the motel is really really slow so it is taking like 5 mins to upload one photo so tomorrow I'm going to try edit this post and add more photos.
Today we went to D-Day sites (Normandy) and Mont Saint Michel. We started out from our hotel at 8:30 in Bayeux and drove for 30 mins to the Normandy American Cemetery. It was such bad weather but nice to see the countryside. It looks very similar to the 2007 Pride and Prejudice movie. A lot of rolling hills with tree lined properties. We were pelted with small bits of hail, wind and rain when we got to the Cemetery. It was like 34 degrees so we started our tour inside in a montumn build on the grounds. While inside we watched a few short films about D-Day and the men involved. It showed a lot of personal stories with clips from family members of the deceased. That was really sad to see what person had sacrificed and put a face to this tragic event. Weebly is killing me tonight I have a lot more photos to post so I will have to update it tomorrow when it is loading faster.
