We started the day at the Catacombs. They are really creepy and have a low ceiling in most places so we had to duck our heads most of the time. They are cold and smell like the farms basement cellar. It is just really creepy. Can't you just tell how happy I am to be thereIn a lot of places the bones are like 10 feet deep and it's just really creepy. You know you are breathing in dead people ash. We were down there for almost 1 hour it got more tolerable as we went but still I would not work down there. I don't understand why people would want that job. I took some photos but it was too dark to see anything really cool. Again with the no flash rule. I took some videos but weebly doesn't support videos. Then we went to Shakespeare and Co. A lot of famous authors wrote their books there and a lot of movies have a scene set there like Midnight in Paris. We couldn't take photos so heres one from the web. It was super tight in there. I almost bought the Great Gatsby by Fitzgerald but it was so expensive and I found it on amazon for almost half the price. It has a really pretty cover. The weather was better today so the street artists had their little shops open for the first time since we have been here. The book store is right next to the Notre Dame were the artists sell. It was sunny for the first time since we have arrived and I bet this is what it is like in spring. I bet it is really nice then. It is always so dark and dreary. I really liked this paintings. I'm not sure if they are real or not. I really like this one like a lot but it was 80 euros thats like $110 but it was pretty large. I really liked how it was impressionism style. I might go back and see if they still have it but it is a lot and honestly ever vendor sells theses paintings but they all look different but theres no way that they are all real. I don't know maybe but I really don't think so.
